This session is designed for career development practitioners with at least 12 months of experience and who are responsible for designing, implementing or reviewing programs.

This ABCD Masterclass session is designed for career development practitioners with at least 12 months of experience and who are responsible for designing, implementing or reviewing programs and products that facilitate the career development of individuals at all stages.

The main goal of the session is to make the Blueprint come to life by collectively sketching and analysing promising practices from the contexts of the participants.

The updated Blueprint drew on the expertise gained over the course of more than 10 years since its initial publication, and included workplace, workforce, and work practice changes, and incorporated important priority areas such as wellbeing, cultural safety, and the digital economy.

The session is all about hearing from and sharing stories of career development practice that illustrate and bring the Blueprint to life.

Whether you have worked with the Blueprint for a year or many years, your voice and experience can enrich the conversation.
